Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable, shower was hot, coffee and tea was supplied in room. Meals were available on site and were tasty and served promptly. Drinking water and ice were always available in passage. Lodge is conveniently situated close to major shopping center with a variety of restaurants and a cinema.

I appreciate it that I am able to always get the same room everytime I visit :-) I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and for their kindness towards my dad who lives in managed care. Their location is absolutely the best.Always remains my 1st choice for accommodation

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Town Lodge has become my second home away from home. The lady at the reception, Lisakhanya and Philasande are always very cordial towards all the guests. Keep up the excellent work you do!

Best location if you are on route to Eastern Cape. Best stop coming from Cape Town. Very convenient with the Garden Route Mall at your doorstep, a variety of restaurant within walking distance.
